As of January 2026, Harlee Dye is the new owner and CEO of Leather Belles. She is so excited to be picking up where founder, Kally McNeil, left off and is grateful for each customer and supporter of Leather Belles!

Harlee is originally from a small town in eastern Idaho. She and her family lived in the Texas Hill Country for about seven years and recently relocated to central Montana, the new home base of Leather Belles. Harlee and her husband, Eli are parents to three special little boys and Harlee is forever living her dream by being their mama. She has also always been passionate about western lifestyle and loves western fashion. She is grateful for the new adventure of Leather Belles and that she can have this new adventure alongside being a wife and mama.
